About the Program
Simply experience this 60-day challenge of daily inward practice, grounded in the steadfast wisdom of the tree. Just as a tree longs for the sun, we too—minute sparks of the Supreme Being—naturally yearn for the warmth of spiritual love and the light of wisdom.
Each day will incorporate activities designed to cultivate inner peace and understanding, such as mindfulness exercises, gentle yoga asanas (postures), and opportunities for gaining wisdom through video recorded lectures and live sessions.
This program, inspired by the tree's grounded nature, invites practitioners to embody qualities such as humility, resilience, patience, tolerance, kindness, and a deep connection to God and others.
Through daily meditation, you will embark on a journey to discover your real identity, understanding your core being and essence, and clarifying your position and function in this world. This practice is designed to foster self-realization, awakening your inherent spiritual love, wisdom, and compassion.
In the span of 60 days, you will gradually notice positive effects on your well-being if you simply follow the program with an open mind and heart. Although the learning experience doesn't end after 60 days, continuing to apply the basics you've learned will help you discover deeper meaning in life.
You can easily access this program from anywhere in your home.
